Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google. To understand which ads lead to service requests, we use Google Ads tools, including enhanced conversions. When you submit a form on our website, your email address and phone number are converted into a hashed code (a one-way coded format) by our website and sent to Google, which uses it to match your request to our ads. We also send the ad-click identifier from your visit (such as a Google click ID) to Google together with this hashed code. When you call us from one of our Google ads, Google receives the call details, including the calling number, for the same purpose.

We use ServiceTitan to manage customer requests, calls and appointments, and it may share appointment and job information with Google to measure our ads.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Advertising Audiences

We may use contact information you provide when requesting or receiving service, together with your service history, to help show relevant advertising. This can include sharing hashed email addresses and phone numbers with Google through Customer Match. Google uses these identifiers to match eligible customers to Google accounts. Hashing does not make the information anonymous to a matching service.

We use ServiceTitan to manage customer and service records. Our service providers may process this information on our behalf to maintain advertising audiences and remove records that are no longer eligible. To ask about or limit this use, contact us using the contact details in this Privacy Policy. Requests to limit advertising use do not prevent you from requesting plumbing service.

Your Privacy Choices

You can opt out at any time of our use of your information for advertising measurement and advertising audiences by calling us at 281-458-5911.

We honor opt-out requests. Once your request is processed, we stop sharing your contact details with Google for advertising and remove you from our advertising audiences. We may still report to Google, without your contact details, that a click on one of our ads led to an inquiry.
