COVID-19 Update: Safety Comes First!

As COVID-19 continues to spread throughout our communities, Aberle Plumbing wants to reassure you (and all other customers) that we are keeping abreast of the evolving situation and preparing accordingly. Learn more about our availability, health protocols, and your impact below.

Our Availability

Many individuals, families, and businesses in Texas are feeling the effects of COVID-19 with the shutdown order of non-essential retail recently going into effect to contain and eventually phase out the coronavirus cases in the community. The team at Aberle Plumbing has received many calls in regards to the availability of our services from concerned customers.

We want to assure everyone that we are still open and performing plumbing services for residential households. Aberle Plumbing is a state-designated and approved essential business, meaning our services are necessary to the sanitation, health, well-being, and overall comfort of local residents. If you need an emergency plumber in Katy, Houston, Pasadena, or anywhere in the surrounding areas, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Our Health Protocols

We have always valued your health and safety above all else. Our technicians are known for taking the proper precautions before and during your service. However, with the COVID-19 outbreak continuing to spread, we have increased our health protocols even further in an effort to protect our employees, customers, as well as their families, relatives, and the community.

All of our plumbers in Houston, Spring, Baytown, and other nearby cities, are equipped with the following protective gear.

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. In addition to wearing the right protective gear, our field technicians are also committed to taking the following safety measures:

    • Declining handshakes and other forms of direct contact
    • Practicing proper social distance of at least six feet away from customers
    • Washing hands frequently before, during, and after services
    • Disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces, such as phone, door handles, tools, etc.
    • Accepting only electronic payments
    • Staying home if they have any symptoms related to the virus, or are generally feeling unwell

Your Impact

While we are doing everything we can to provide essential plumbing services to those in need without compromising their safety, we ask customers to take the same precautions, not just with our plumbers, but also everyone else they come in contact with. This virus is highly contagious, and we must all work together to put a stop to it.

On a final note, please contact us ahead of time if you have a plumbing appointment, and someone in your home is feeling sick. Together, we will discuss and implement the proper solution to your plumbing issues.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the families that have been affected by COVID-19. Don’thesitate to contact Aberle Plumbing if there’s anything we can do to lessen your burdens.
